You know why I love being a San Diego Wedding Photographer? Because of amazing couples like this.

I met Tim and Janelle just before they eloped and just prior to Tim leaving on his next deployment.  I was completely honored that Tim’s sister had set up this session as a gift to them.  She must have known about that enormous soft spot in my heart for military couples 🙂  Both Tim and Janelle serve in the U.S. Navy and because they spend so much time apart, I know these photos are especially important to them.  I’m always humbled when I get to take part in preserving a small piece of history in the lives of others.  My hope is that these images are a just representation of their love for one another and that Tim and Janelle continue to smile every day as much as they did that afternoon <3
