The beauty and charm of the North Carolina coast is the stuff they write novels about. No really. Nicholas Sparks is the king of romance and he sets many of his stories against the landscapes of towns like Swansboro, NC. Movies based on his books are some of the reasons I was so excited to move east. Is there anything better than being a Swansboro wedding photographer?

My friend Sabrina, who is also a photographer, agrees that there is something magical about this place. She enlisted me to shoot a session for her and her husband before they moved to CA. Her inspiration was “The Notebook” and when it came to styling the session, she pretty much knocked it out of the park. Take a peek for yourself…

For the second half of the session Sabrina and Taylor put on their wedding attire from a few years prior and we had some fun by the water. Sabrina had hoped to recreate some of her wedding images. Second time’s a charm, right? These two NAILED this bridal session. Simply gorgeous.
