Chelsea and Ryan are a dream. And not just because they’re easy on the eyes, but because they’re sweet and wholesome, strong in their faith and as all-American as apple pie. As I got to know Chelsea over the telephone, I learned she had met Ryan while on a mission trip. I knew right off the bat that I was dealing with a compassionate couple with generous hearts. And those are the kinds of people I want to surround myself with, both in business and personal regards. Of all the Jacksonville NC Photographers, I’m surely the luckiest!

Chelsea and Ryan suggested shooting their engagement session in Raleigh, which I was definitely on board with. I had never actually shot there, but I pretty much had it in mind that I’d drive to Alaska if they they had asked me to, lol. I ended up making the 2+ hour drive a day before the session so I could scout some locations. I fell in love with City Market and the Warehouse District. They made the perfect backdrops for Chelsea and Ryan’s vibrant personalities and sparkling smiles.
