My first wedding of the 2019 season took me to Virginia Beach where Madalyn and Justin celebrated their marriage with their closest friends and family and let me tell ya, it was a GREAT way to start off the year!
Their ceremony took place at the chapel aboard NAS Oceana and afterward, we headed to The Attic at Waterman’s on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The wind was in full force that day in March but the sun was shining down onto blue waters from a clear sky— something we had all been keeping our fingers crossed for!
I could not have asked for a more fun and gracious couple to usher in the new year with. Maddie and Justin made me feel like a best friend from day one when we met at the Starbucks on Camp Lejeune. And the wedding day was no different. We joked and laughed and just shared in the joyousness of the day and that’s what we captured in their images. Pure happiness and love! It doesn’t get better than that— unless you keep scrolling down this post and see what a blast the reception was! The party was insane and I left feeling so energized and uplifted that I actually drove 5 hours home in the middle of the night instead of checking into my hotel because I wasn’t tired AT ALL. Crazy, I know, haha.
