This is a special place— it’s where their love story began, back when he was a curly-haired bus-boy and she was a hostess with a crush. They’d pass notes to each other at work, building a relationship that would ultimately bring them full circle and back to this same place.
Mike’s Farm is well known around these parts for it’s delicious country fare and inspiring holiday events, but for Courtney and Brad, it’s so much more. It’s where they met, got engaged and finally, with grandad officiating, exchanged vows in front of their family and friends.
From the perfectly curated details and decor, to the choreographed father-daughter dance, it was obvious that love was the driving force that brought Courtney and Brad’s wedding plans to life. No element was overlooked– and that’s because this was more than a celebration— it was a tribute to all of the people and the moments that helped this love grow and thrive.
I am so excited to share this peek at Courtney and Brad’s wedding day, not only because it was so beautifully executed, but because I find a special kind of joy in telling the love stories of the people who make North Carolina feel like home. Thank you C+B for treating me like family and for allowing me to tell your story!
